Refund Policy

makeads provides digital services. Because digital services are consumed immediately, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. We may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Because credits, renders, exports, subtitles, dubbing, lip sync, and enhancement jobs can be consumed immediately, we review refund requests by looking at account activity, payment timing, usage history, and any technical issue that prevented the purchased service from being delivered.

Subscriptions & cancellations

  • You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals (where applicable).
  • Cancellation does not automatically refund past charges, unless required by law.
  • Renewals can be managed directly from Account -> Manage subscriptions.

How to request a refund

Email supportmakeads.xyz with your account email, payment receipt (if available), and a brief explanation. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method (subject to processor timelines).

We aim to respond to support and refund requests within 3 business days.

Include enough context for review: the account email, order or invoice reference, plan type, approximate purchase time, and a concise explanation of what happened. If a technical failure is involved, include the affected project name and the workflow step where the issue occurred.
