If you are contacting us about a billing issue, include "Billing" in the subject line. If you are contacting us about privacy, include "Privacy Request".

Support and refund requests are answered within 3 business days.

Subscriptions can be canceled from Account -> Manage subscriptions.

When contacting support, include your account email, the project name, the relevant payment or export ID, and a short description of the issue. This helps us route billing, rendering, subtitle, dubbing, and account access questions to the right review path without asking for repeated details.

For security, do not send passwords, private API keys, full payment card numbers, or files that you are not authorized to share. If your request involves generated media, describe the workflow step and keep any required rights documentation available for follow-up.
